How is this calculated? Molar weight of ClO is 51.45 g/mol 1% active chlorine would be 10 grams i.e. 0.194 mol/L not 0.141 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.17.206.1 (talkcontribs) 02:05, 2010 January 25‎ (UTC)

If it's 1% active chlorine that means it has the equivalent of 10 grams chlorine per litre (or per km, I don't know which is the official definition). Ten grams of chlorine is about 0.141 moles. A mole of Cl2 is equivalent to a mole of ClO, so the article is correct. Eric Kvaalen (talk) 10:19, 6 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
