Disambiguation[edit]

Move to pignoli[edit]

Italian name is "Pinolate"[edit]

These cookies in Italian are called Pinolate or Pignolate not Pignoli. They originate from Campania, Liguria, and Umbria, not Sciliy. They are not typical of Sicilian cuisine.
