Johnny's voice in Episode 3[edit]

I've replaced the sentence "John struggles to find his voice as a singer until Vivienne explains the philosophy behind her fashion designs." It was troubling for several reasons: he doesn't struggle to find his voice, he sings just fine in this episode. And if what is meant by "find his voice as a singer" is "find his role in the band", well he and the band know what his role is: singer and songwriter. They argue about how well he's fulfilling this role, and he gives excuses why he hasn't been performing his role efficiently, but his role is "found". He's unhappy with how his voice sounds. And Vivienne's explanation of her philosophy has nothing to do with his voice, it's because he questions her printing swastikas with her children. Then she tells him about her feelings, that she hates people that are boring, and more importantly, "people who are afraid to stand up and say what they mean." She stares Johnny in the eye as she says this. -- Pete Best Beatles (talk) 09:58, 12 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
