I've been searching for sources that back up the claim that Milovanović was the head of the government from 1813 to 1814, but I've found none. I've found this Talas source though that mentions that he became the head of the government after Karađorđe left for Austria, but I doubt that this actually ever happened. Can someone confirm this? 5 months later, no response. I've added a dubious tag so if someone sees this, please leave your opinion here. Vacant0 (talk) 19:05, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed this as this appears to be a hoax, there is also no mention in the Vlade Srbije 1805 - 2005. book that Milovanović served twice as prime minister. The Governing Council ceased to exist when Karađorđe fled to Austria. Vacant0 (talk) 17:10, 12 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
