Katie Holmes[edit]

To the guy who keeps stating Katie Holmes is fan, you are wrong. That article(largely satire) you are using as a reference which states she was supporting rangers doesn't even give one quote of Katie Holmes or Tom Cruise claiming they are. As a matter of fact they were supporting Savilla. Tom Cruise was filming in Saville and decided to go with his wife to the football match to cheer on the home team. Both I and another editor gave you references to this which you completely ignored. Tom Cruise clearly stated "“We visited the zoo, the park, enjoyed the rides at Isla Magica and cheered the Sevilla Football Club for their win against the Glasgow Rangers." And if that's not good enough for you, here is an article with pictures of Tom being presented with a Savilla Jersey with his name on it after the game "http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-1234718/Tom-Cruise-watches-football-game-attentive-wife-Katie-Holmes-gorgeous-star-Cameron-Diaz.html". Now unless you have a real source of Katie herself saying she is a rangers supporter or a source of her saying she was supporting rangers rather than Savilla at that game, stop reverting. 109.78.11.94 (talk) 09:46, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Also from looking at the picture in this link, Holmes didn't even look remotely interested in the match at all. "http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/gallery/2009/dec/09/champions-league-pictures". So I highly doubt she is a Rangers supporter or even a Savilla one for that matter. She looked bored out of her mind. And the guy who keeps claiming she is a Rangers supporter must be a desperate Rangers supporter himself trying to write down as much celebrities as he possibly can on this page even if they aren't actually Rangers supporters. This is supposed to be an Encyclopedia. Stevenbfg (talk) 10:27, 10 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Famous fans[edit]

The whole section on notable supporters seems pointless and petty. I suggest it is removed. MB1972 (talk) 12:24, 26 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
