Q: That picture of Rebel Wilson was taken years ago. She doesn't look anything like that now. Can it be replaced, now, please?

A: If Rebel Wilson, or her representatives, or someone else who has personally taken a recent photograph of her, would like to upload a new photo to Wikimedia Commons, granting the right for the picture to be licensed under Wikimedia Commons' licensing rules, it can be used in this article immediately. Without the proper copyright license, however, newer images cannot be used as we already have a license-compliant image, and only an entity with the legal capacity to sub-license it, such as the copyright owner, can grant that license. Have you considered contacting her agent and making them aware of this?
