Taxon authority[edit]

There is disagreement between sources on who is the taxon authority for the synonym of this species, Rhododendron californicum. GRIN says Hook. (William Jackson Hooker), EOL says Hook.f. (Joseph Dalton Hooker). Not sure how to resolve this, so I put this note here. — Eru·tuon 04:05, 9 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
