Mail fraud and insider trading[edit]

I have edited the first sentence to accurately reflect what he did, and what he plead guilty to. Freeman plead guilty to federal mail fraud charges related to his trading on material non public information. He did not plead guilty to insider trading (ie violations of Rule 10b-5). With stock market insider trading for mail/wire fraud, the materiality standard are laxer and different. Some editors think thats not much of a difference, but legally it is. There is no cost to being precise, and reflecting accurately what sources say.---- Work permit (talk) 16:49, 15 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
