Something that might merit mentioning[edit]

In 1997 or 1998, when the new RTHS proposal was being fielded, and the citizens of Rochelle needed to vote on whether to appropriate the funds for the school, they actually voted against it, which cost the town matching federal funds. But the town started building the school anyway.
