Merger[edit]

I propose that Forum for Academic and Institutional Rights be merged into Rumsfeld v. Forum for Academic and Institutional Rights, Inc.. I think that the content in the FAIR article can easily be explained in the context of Rumsfeld v FAIR, and the Rumsfeld article is of a reasonable size in which the merging of FAIR will not cause any problems as far as article size or undue weight is concerned.
