Church of saint ThomasChurch of Saint Thomas – Standard title Daniele Pugliesi (talk) 01:36, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose; while you are right that the title is inappropriately malformed, the issue is St Thomas' Church, Garstang. It isn't clear that there is a primary topic between the two churches of Saint Thomas. Might I suggest a move to "Church of Saint Thomas, Alcamo" instead?  InsertCleverPhraseHere InsertTalkHere  09:08, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I preempted this move discussion because Church of Saint Thomas is simply too ambiguous. We have a hundred churches of similar names, listed at St. Thomas' Church. I'm surprised that Church of Saint Thomas was not a redirect to the disambiguation page, i.e. that one could create the article there. I will list the Alcamo church at the dab page and sort out the links. No such user (talk) 14:58, 27 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
