How best to clean up this page[edit]

I'd like to take on this page and make it more useful, but I'm not sure where to start. What is the protocol on linking to other wiki pages about these programs/movies? For example, the listing for "Adventures of Tom Sawyer" currently links to the wiki page for the original novel, not the specific film version played on this program. Should that link be removed? (I believe the correct page to link to would be The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (anime) but I cannot find a source to confirm that.)

Also, many of these films and shows do no have their own wiki page (or meet notability requirements for one). Is linking to an IMDB page or other reliable source a best practice?

I heavily cleaned up the article earlier today. As many of the programs showcased on Special Delivery were simply animated versions of classics, I kept links to the original works when suitable. I also removed unsourced programs that turned up no refs (WP:V requires that this kind of content has a source). It's been nearly 40 years since this series premiered, so I was surprised to find a few digitized articles that covered the program in detail.
