"As with most DuMont series, no episodes are known to exist." I believe a partial episode of Stage Entrance has been preserved as the video "Be Bop's Nest". This has Earl Wilson and Leonard Feather presenting Charlie "Bird" Parker and Dizzy Gillespie with Downbeat magazine's 1951 "Reader's Poll" awards, followed by Bird and Dizzy playing "Hot House." This is Bird's only known performance on US television. The material is most easily found as the second segment on the first DVD of of the 2-DVD set "The Greatest Jazz Films Ever."
