Research[edit]

I found an obituary for a Michael Brede of Brockville, Ontario, Canada, who died in 2009. It states that he was the son of the late Stanley Brede - https://barclayfuneralhome.com/tribute/details/151/Michael-Brede/obituary.html. Michael would have been born in the mid-1940s, so would fit if he were the son of Stan Brede.

The obituary calls Michael's mum Heckie, and I found a Stanley Frank Brede marrying an Hectorine Bertrand - https://www.newspapers.com/clip/112359311/marriage-of-undefined-brede/.

If this is the correct Stan Brede, then he was born in 1917 and died in 1970 - https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/82810986/stanley-frank-brede and https://www.newspapers.com/clip/112359355/obituary-for-stanley-brede/

There's no mention of what Brede did on FindAGrave or in his 1970 obituary, so I'm not certain that this is the right one.
