Not sure if he is still a practicing Mormon, but I spent 8 weeks with Steve in the LDS Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah, during Oct-Nov 1980. He was heading for the Germany, Hamburg Mission. I went to Germany, Munich. Really good guy who shares my birthday.
