Great article, I really love your content! I think you did a great job breaking apart sections and subsections, the article flows very well. Great introductory section, I feel like I know exactly what I'm about to read. I also think you're doing a great job at keeping the article neutral. Your article might have more closure if you include a section on her death, and possibly her legacy. Though it can be implied when reading through the entire article, some readers might come to your page seeking information her legacy. Adding a section over legacy could be a shortcut that makes your article more accessible.

Thanks for the advice! I added a new Legacy section including info on her death as well as an infobox. I plan on getting a picture as well. Mnsvyc (talk) 00:34, 19 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Feedback from Prof. P[edit]

Great. I love seeing an article where there wasn't one before--especially one on a women in a field we often associate with men: medicine, and veterinary medicine. Good. I'd like to see more Wikipedia links in this article--every time you mention something that can be linked, go ahead and put it in. A reader might only read certain sections, and so you want them to be able to find all of the links. This page is also still tagged as an orphan. Can we edit the American Veterinary Medical Association page to list its awards for Woman Veterinarian, and include Saueressig? That would get her another link, and get a lot more female names on Wikipedia! Expand the "Early Life" section to note the situation of Nuremberg during the years she lived there--during the war, and link out to WWII pages. Excellent work with her education section by bringing clear attention to her unique position as a female in vet school during this time. Where did she earn her master's degree from? Lets get these updates in place by December 2016! MeganPeiser (talk) 22:06, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
