Confusion about DVD's?

I was looking at the new DVD for season 6, and then I saw something.......on Wikipedia it has all of the episodes with Poof as Season 7, but the DVD says Season 6, volume 1????????? something needs to happen, because Poof is on the cover for Season 6, volume 1.Onepiece226 (talk) 02:04, 18 August 2008 (UTC)Onepiece226

I suggest we add information on Poof (the latest addition to The Fairly OddParents cast) and the recent one hour special. Program Name

Is there any reason for Fairly OddParents instead of Fairly Odd Parents? Or should I move it? --Dyss 17:14, 21 Sep 2004 (UTC)

I first moved this article from Fairly Oddparents to Fairly Odd Parents, because "Fairly Odd Parents" gets the most google hits, but now I'm unsure. Most of the fans seem to address the series as "Fairly OddParents".. I'd like some official source which says which version is the right name for the series. --Conti|✉ 20:07, Sep 21, 2004 (UTC)

I'm 95% sure it's "Fairly Odd Parents". That is what it is called in all the TV listings, and that's what it looks like on the logo. Sure, the website lists it once as "Fairly Oddparents", but since that is the only place it is listed as that, it's probably a typo. Hi! Can anybody explain to a non native speaker the reason of the name "Fairly Oddparents"? As far as I know, and even after consulting dictionaries, this has the only meaning "quite strange parents", or something similar. From what I can think of, it's a play on words: the fairies can be described as "fairly odd," which is a play on "fairy god." --CCFreak2K 12:17, 2 May 2007 (UTC)

Character Info

Once again I have restored the character section. It is more comprehensive than the other main character list, which I have deleted to avoid repetition. I'm not budging on this. parents names?

are there any hints to the parents names?

In many episodes they're mentioned as Timmy's mom and Timmy's dad. These names are not just mentioned by Timmy but by Chet-U-Betcha as well. --24.247.126.44 01:23, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

The nearest they ever came to saying the names was two times, one was when Sherlock Holmes was brought to life by Timmy's wish and said he deduced their names were .... which closed a book and Mom said "Oh you're right! They are!" Dad says " I could do this at least once every day!" and the episode ended, and the other was when Timmy first goes back in time to stop his father from winning a trophy. When he says "Dad look out!" His father responds something like "Well Dad is what they call me but my real name is ...." at which time a truck roars past. So they haven't said it and it's true so far they haven't actually given any major hints. Ryokosha 02:04, 1 March 2006 (UTC).

Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3 - Ratings flop

I have restored yet again the FACT that JTPH3 was a ratings flop. Nick has confirmed this by not mentioning JTPH3 or its ratings in Nick's recent press release regarding its July ratings performance, whereas it DID highlight the ratings of "Fairy Idol" in its press release on its May ratings performance. So leave the info be! It is not opinion, it is FACT.

Actually, that headline doesn't mention the third Power Hour at all, so it's not conclusive proof that JTPH3 was a rating flop

A few things

Hey, I'm new at Wikipedia, but I noticed that Sarah Frost wasn't on the list of directors, and I think she deserves to be mentioned. Here's her IMDb page: [1]

Also, there's an episode called "The Good Ol' Days" that I think should be expanded on. The episode has a lot of references to animation from the 1930s. I can't remember the specifics, but I think it's worth noting. I'll have to find the episode and get more information about it. Since I'm new here, I'm going to have to do some reading before I do any editing.

Seen in other shows?

Cosmo and Wanda made an appearance in the "daydreams" episode of Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. In it, Ned has a daydream in which Cosmo and Wanda grant him a wish to enter Sweedney's class (you may want to see the episode if you don't know what i'm talking about)

The Big Superhero Wish

The Big Superhero Wish is NOT a movie. Neither is the Orgin of Denzel Crocker. They are episodes that take up a whole half hour like media related articles information stupor highway and shelf life. Oh yeah, one more thing. Why does the Fairly Odd Parents template at the bottom of the page read School's;Out!;The;Musical now?

I fixed the "Superhero Wish" thing, but "School's out! the musical" doesn't seem to have any typos. It is a movie like the others, though, so it should stay there. -Jeffaplus

yeah but my question is that before FOP became a series (i.e in the oh yeah cartoon era) cosmo has a differnt sounding voice.. it doesnt sound like it was done by the same actor, eg like in the simpsons nancy cartwright did lisa in the tracy ulman show before Y. List of Episodes

The list of episodes in the infobox should be combined with the number of episodes. Every other series on wikipedia has the episode number (in this case it is 66) combined with the link to the list of episodes instead of showing the list of episodes next to the number.
