Episodes formatting

Was trying to clean up the summary for episode 6, and somehow managed to break formatting for the entire section. Any help?

Walker appears on Good Morning America and reveals his desire to live up to Rogers' mantle. Barnes tells Wilson that he should have kept the shield before accompanying him to Munich, where the Flag Smashers and their leader Karli Morgenthau are stealing a shipment of medicine. Wilson and Barnes attack the group, but the terrorists are all super soldiers and overpower the pair. Walker and Lemar Hoskins arrive to help, but the Flag Smashers escape. Walker wants to work with Barnes and Wilson, but they refuse. Traveling to Baltimore, Barnes introduces Wilson to Isaiah Bradley, a veteran super soldier who fought the Winter Soldier in the Korean War. However, Bradley refuses to help them uncover information about additional super soldiers due to being imprisoned and experimented on by the U.S. government and Hydra for 30 years. Barnes is arrested for missing a therapy appointment, but Walker has him released. GA process

What needs to be done before nominating this article and maybe even the episode articles for GAs eventually? I assume start with going through each article carefully to clean them up. Is that basically it or is there more info that needs to be added as well? -- Zoo (talk) 23:53, 10 April 2022 (UTC)

I think there is plenty more production info that can be added here and at the episode articles, as well as general cleaning-up, before they will be ready to go. I have been hoping to do this for a while similar to the expanding I did for the WandaVision articles but I just haven't had the time to do that in the last while. - adamstom97 (talk) 00:43, 15 April 2022 (UTC)

I am working through quite a few sources at the moment, looking at design, filming, effects, etc. If you did post any sources here I would check to see if I already looked at them or not. We will also need to do some reception work before we submit these articles, making sure that we have full coverage of available reviews and that we are presenting information in an organised way with minimal quotes rather than just listing the good reviews and the bad reviews as we have tended to do in the past. - adamstom97 (talk) 21:20, 25 May 2022 (UTC)

Just as an FYI to those interested here, I am going to have even less time than usual to work on Wiki stuff over the next three weeks or so and it is unlikely that I will make much progress on these articles until after then. I know some of you are pretty keen to get this going but hopefully you don't mind holding off on any GA nom until I am free to help finish these off at that point. @Adamstom.97 Yea, same here, I also have no problem holding off on it. There's no need to rush on this (WP:NORUSH) anyway in the first place, and yea, I think I'll also try and do some CE whenever I can, as I think I'll probably be more busy editing and checking up on Obi-Wan Kenobi, so yea, we'll absolutely table the GA until you're ready. Hi all, just wanted to update everyone that I don't expect to have the time to work on these articles in the near future so you shouldn't be held up by me anymore if you are keen to work on these for GA. If you are interested, the main things I was thinking still needed to be added were mostly cinematography, stunts, and visual effects, plus some design stuff. There are lots of good sources out there that some smart Googling should be able to find, and the Assembled episode for the show also has some good stuff. I've collected a bunch of potential references for the categories Adam mentioned over on my sandbox and put them under ref ideas on the sandbox talk page. I plan on going through them over the coming days to see what is useful for the article. Some may fit better for various episodes, but I figured it's still helpful to have them as well. @Adamstom.97 @ZooBlazer Extremely good news on this front actually. I've just came out of my latest FATWS edits, and I've basically gone through back and forth and combed through everything and can definitely declare that I think I've covered all the bases and added every single piece of info I could. The content has been added across all episodes and all we need is a CE right now, and I'm completely ready to proceed to that point. I will have a look soon and let you know when I am happy. No issue with you two nominating the articles, it's not too important who does the actual nominating. As far as what order we nominate in, I would recommend that we just start with nominating the first episode. Once it passes we can then make any relevant updates to the other episode articles before nominating them. That is how we handled the WandaVision articles and I think it makes sense. @Adamstom.97 Sounds good. Our original plan was to break it up into chunks of 2, that is doing 2 eps at a time, but that definitely sounds like a smarter process. I think we can debate the merits of doing a 3-4 and 5-6 combo, but yea, to begin, I definitely would love to nominate Ep 1 as a standalone. Yea, I was also wondering what the status was regarding this. It's been quite a while and we haven't heard any updates. I'm ready for the GAN when you folks are, so just let me know when we can proceed with it. I am planning to do a c/e before the March backlog drive begins, will message here when that is done or if I don't think I will get to it in time. I'd say you should check back here if you can by at least Feb 26 to give us a decent update on how best to progress and what we should do in case you are busy IRL or aren't going to be on Wiki. And I definitely second the last part, although I think each episode article will also be unique in that stuff from prior GANs won't necessarily be cross-applicable per se. I have done my forever-promised c/e of the first episode and am pretty happy with how that article is looking. You should be able to go ahead and nominate that one for GA before the backlog drive starts. I plan to do the same type of c/e and update on the other episode articles before we nominate those, I am quite busy over the next few weeks IRL but I should be able to keep up the pace if the first one gets picked up for review so there is not long between nominations. - adamstom97 (talk) 05:09, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

"Emmy Awards campaign" update

In the Emmy Awards campaign section, it says that the studio initially didn't make a decision about lead vs. supporting acting submissions, but there's nothing after that to confirm what actually happened. The archived "For Your Consideration" page lists both Mackie and Stan under lead acting (link). Would that be appropriate to add, or would that venture into inappropriate synthesis? "go behind the scenes of the making of the" phrasing

I previously came across this phrasing in Black Widow (film) article and amended it since I thought it sounded clumsy, even as a nonnative speaker. "the making if" part seemed redundant. This article and, on a quick look, at least a few other articles also have the same phrase. Just wondering if it's better to shorten it or leave it as it is.
