Why could whiskers make bloopers to me. I was 4 yeard old and I wacthed The Zoot Cat when I was 5 years old. Some one can not make any bloopers of cats. Just fine. Do you like The Zoot CatInsert non-formatted text here

Red Dwarf[edit]

IIRC, the quoted lines by Tom: "Well, all reet, well, all root, well, all right." were delivered almost exacly like the first lines said by Cat in Red Dwarf ("How am I looking? I'm looking nice!") and many subsequent lines when Cat made his first appearence in an episode. Is it worth mentioning in either article? Astronaut (talk) 04:23, 10 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tom's Name[edit]

Tom signs his card 'Sheikie', but this is most likely not intended to be his name. "Sheik" was a 20s slang term for a good looking man, or a lover type, based on Rudolph Valentino's character in the 1921 film "The Sheik." It fits with all of his other 'outdated' gimmicks, like his hairstyle, ukulele, and yo-yo, which were popular in the late 20s and early 30s. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.178.14.242 (talk) 20:56, 30 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What's this "Amy" business?[edit]

In the copy of the cartoon I've seen, the name "Toots" is there instead, and they are clearly saying "Toots" rather than "Amy." Is this just the typical Wikipedia sneak edit, or is there another version of the cartoon? 208.101.139.63 (talk) 11:31, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
