It is well known that Fuji TV used Tom Traubert Blues as the closing theme for their production Fumo Chitai. The problem is getting reliable sources for this. You can find it on various fan sites, you can find it on IMDB, you can find it on the web site of companies that sell cds and dvds. There is even a Youtube video of the end theme. Any suggestions? Well, a YouTube video is not going to be an adequate source. You need a source that not only shows that this is true, but also that it is notable. The simple fact that they used the song is not particularly important, but why they used it and anything that shows that this was somehow of note.
