reverted split of name[edit]

In addition to the rationale from my edit summary, I've also had a look at https://wikinav.toolforge.org/?language=en&title=Tonino and there wasn't enough traffic there to even render a graph. Likewise, https://pageviews.wmcloud.org/massviews/?platform=all-access&agent=user&source=wikilinks&range=latest-90&sort=views&direction=1&view=list&target=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonino doesn't indicate that there are any other Tonino topics more relevant than uses of the given name, as the top homonymous entries there are all people named Tonino. --Joy (talk) 21:10, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
