Each single building of Valerio Olgiati has very specific features: 4 or 5 "key-projects" should be mentioned and showed, because part today's discussion on contemporary architecture, all around the world. Don't you think ? Subaru2009 (talk) 14:20, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, perhaps, but if you do, put each one in a separate paragraph or possibly section, and choose projects which are radically different from each other and which highlight different aspects of his career. Remember, the article is about him, not his work. Yes, his work is the reason he is notable, but any inclusion of his work needs to tie back to him and how it affected his career and reputation. It's okay to say "Building X won prestigious award Y" because that affects Mr. Olgiati's reputation and career.
You'll know when you are successful if, upon reading the article, the reader believes it should be titled "Valerio Olgiati" and not "The career of Valerio Olgiati" or "Selected works of Valerio Olgiati." davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 21:05, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

The notability of this person needs to be established using reliable sources which are independent of the subject. See WP:CITE for help on how to format references. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 16:59, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Independent references from UK magazines and websites are now added to the sources Subaru2009 (talk) 14:11, 17 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

7017flims[edit]

The username "7017flims" is strongly associated with the subject of the article. This could indicate a Wikipedia:Conflict of interest or it could be a subtle homage or other form of fannish recognition. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 17:14, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dear "davidwr", it's true that the username "7017flims" might be related to the subject; in fact, Flims is the city where the Valerio Olgiati lives and works. Anyway we have to consider that Flims is a relatively big touristic city in the Alps of Switzerland: Olgiati is not the only person living there. On top of this, let's be honest: the informations described in the article are all neutral and correct, also considering the related sources/literature. Subaru2009 (talk) 14:45, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I did not realize that "7017 Flims" could refer to so much. Any idea what the 7017 means? davidwr/(talk)/(contribs)/(e-mail) 17:25, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
