Complaint[edit]

The page was begun as the "Washington State Lottery" to avoid any confusion with the D.C. Lottery, which, of course, is played only in the city of Washington. No wonder Washington State calls itself "the other Washington". 216.179.123.104 23:19, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
