Around 2001(check) a new building was added called Loakes Park was build using funding by the Private Finance Inititive. This now provides two(check) extra wards, a medical education centre, an elderly care centre and office rooms. It also houses a private clinic(is it really a clinic?) called the Shelburne Unit(check).
