I think we need to wait and see how connected the two are, if it's a reboot with some elements returning, or truly a "season 4" situation. Currently, it seems to be the former so I'd say no, but if it's the latter, I'd say possibly. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 17:18, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I'd be iffy if we were to combine these two now given we don't know the extent of their relation to one another outside of the title and only two actors thus far. One of the reasons I brought this up is because of the character articles. With Bernthal now coming back for Born Again, a separate navbox for that series would mean at least five duplicate links (Matt, Frank, the Netflix series, She-Hulk, Echo, and possibly more). I think we could lose She-Hulk and Echo from this template (in the long run) to help reduce the similar links. In theory, if Born Again releases weekly we will try to create individual articles, so I think its own template at that time would be worth it. I think at this time it still is a bit early to make this call. If it does seem like they should be combined, I think this would have to be renamed to Template:Daredevil in television or something similarly overarching. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 19:52, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that it is too early to make a call on just how connected these two are. As WP:Not everything needs a navbox, a combined navbox could be useful to reduce potentially two different navboxes for Daredevil series, dependent on the time and connections between the two beyond actors. For this template, I agree that the SH and Echo links could be removed down the road as readers looking for the Studios appearances can find them at the Studios-produced series article.
