User:Frank Anchor/2009 NFL Draft

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is a modified version of the first five rounds of the 2009 NFL Draft page, making some of the format changes suggested in Talk:2010 NFL Draft.

Changes from actual NFL Draft Article[edit]

  • Link all teams, positions, and colleges to conform with MoS Guidelines (see WP:REPEATLINK)
  • Combine all seven rounds into a single table, add a "round" column on the left side
  • Change the color of the pro bowl indicator to a lighter color to be more eye-friendly
  • Change color of "supplemental compensatory selection" indicator to have a better contrast with regular compensatory picks
  • Add navigation thing to allow readers to jump to a specific round (since the rounds are no longer separated)
  • Add sortname template for each player to allow sorting by last name

I am not too familiar with how to change the width of the table, so I will leave it as it is for now. If another user wants to do so, he or she is welcome to make the changes on this page. Thanks Nmajdan
