Dr. Jeff Stringer is an American obstetrician/gynecologist who lived in Zambia from 2001 to 2012, where he founded and led the Centre for Infectious Disease Research in Zambia (CIDRZ). Since 2012, Stringer has directed the Program in Global Women's Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
