Entrepreneurs of Knoxville (E.O.K.) is a non-profit organization of 386 members in Knoxville, TN. E.O.K. is an educational and charitable organization with a mission of making each member as successful as possible. As a side effect of this they also benefit their members by offering networking opportunities. E.O.K. is a grassroots organization focused on small business owners and independent contractors. While there are a number of high-tech individuals involved, the group is quite diverse including those with interest in real estate, non-profits, art, services, etc.
Some of the specific activities E.O.K. engages in include: - Weekly educational meetings - Monthly networking/social events - Informal forums to discuss business ideas - Web 2.0 resources for finding local collaborators for new ventures.
