Harry Houdini Award - the award is 1 million rubles and it is founded by scientific and popular video channel «Sci-One» and medico-genetic center "Genotek" for displaying paranormal abilities in a properly staged scientific experiment.

The prize aims to draw public attention to the problem of perception uncritical statements about the existence of the paranormal and supernatural abilities^[2], as well as to show the importance and the paramount importance of scientific and rational approaches.

History[edit]

Harry Houdini Award was founded in 2015. The idea is based on One Million Dollar Paranormal Challenge.

At the end of September 2015, none of the candidates was not able to successfully pass a pre-test [3].

Rules and judging[edit]

Harry Houdini award, named after famous illusionist, will be given in case of a demonstration of supernatural abilities, which could be: aura vision, communication with spirits, clairvoyance, telepathy, telekinesis, levitation, dowsing and other psychic abilities.
