Hi Wesoree, the entry was factually incorrect, I corrected it.

"Water squirt guns" as we know them today did not exist in Hudson's time (and neither did the term "squirt gun").

However, devices called "water squirts" did exist, which were essentially large syringes. This is the reason the article has a footnote attached to the term explaining what a "water squirt" is.

Using the term "water squirt guns" creates an incorrect impression of Hudson's opponent using something akin to modern-day squirt-gun toys that are made to resemble firearms. This is not what Hudson's opponent used.
