I've reverted your changes, and thought I should tell you. The information you've presented was good, but largely irrelevant - what happens in each game in the series doesn't matter in an article that's only about Rock. Also, you shouldn't sign contributions unless they're on pages with "talk" in the title - like this one. It may be odd seeing other peoples' text there already, but that's the whole point of a wiki, no? That you can build off the work of others. So I see you've gotten the hang of it at MegaMan. YD, I agree it can be confusing at first because it is so easy. There is actually no real "New document" button in Wikipedia, or wikis in general, because they are created automagically if you link to a page of that name, and it doesn't exist. So, ironically, wikis are so easy, they confuse at first! :) So the easiest way to create a page is to link to a page of that name from an existing article, and then click on the red link to create that page. This is a good idea anyway, since you don't really want to create a page hanging in the middle of nowhere, without anyone linking to it. Also, when you leave comments, you can put four tildes in a row like this ~~~~ and it will sign your name and the date. Makes for easier identification. Welcome to Wikipedia! When editing a page, generally one should use the "preview" button to see how edits will look rather than making many back-to-back edits. Also, filling in the "edit summary" box with a short list of what was added/changed/removed helps those of us who watch many pages to see if edits need to be followed up on. But please do continue to expand the information on the various Mega Man articles - your exuberance is a refreshing change from the stagnation some of the articles fall into, even if your edits sometimes need a little cleanup for consistency, linking, and accuracy. --Boco XLVII 1 July 2005 05:32 (UTC)

Mega Men II - V

I see you've alredy been briefed about Wikipedia ediquite. Your changes to the articles Mega Man II, III, IV, V involved a "suggested order" of fighting the Bosses. I put this message into each talk page:

I removed the suggested order of Robot Masters. The article does not need to tell people how to beat the game (that's what GameFAQs [1] is for). Also I feel any suggested order or way is inherently POV.

You've alredy been shown the ropes by User:Fire Star (that list of links up there), but I'm going to give you a few pointers...

• There is never an appropriate time or place whithin and aricle to write a section entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS.
• All articles should be written in Neutral Point of View (NPOV), and should never use the word "you" or "your," or directly address the reader.
• Place Wiki links onto some of the words (especially names, places, works of fiction, etc.) that you write using the "[[ ]]" as shown in this example.

Eggerland images

Hey, it's me. The guy from the Eggerland series article discussion. I saw that all the monster images and the big Lolo one are up for deletion. I don't want them to be removed, but I don't know what I should put in their respective pages that would be valid... I got a notice that they had no source info about 10 months ago and picked what I thought would work best. They are scans from the Japanese Lolo 2 manual if that helps.

By the way: Did you post this message on a Japanese forum a while back? I talk to those guys sometime. I'm working with a pal of mine to develop a new Eggerland clone. So far progress is slow, but promising. Lolo can move around a map and different tilesets work.

Vampire Killer

While I understand your reasons for wanting to use the translation "Dracula's Satanic Castle", for the sake of being consistant with the other Castlevania articles, I advise you don't. The official translation in English of the Japanese series is "Demon Castle Dracula". To use the early translation in an article for only one game in the series simply because the manual was before they conformed to using "Demon Castle Dracula" doesn't warrant its usage in the article's official translation. If you would like to make mention elsewhere that the manual translated it as such, I see no problem.Buzda 04:22, 30 March 2007 (UTC)

I see that Kariteh removed your citations because of WP:RS. I think what you can do in this case is cite the disc itself with {{cite video game}}.
