I have left three links in total, one to a biography entry from the official ABBA website plus an article from the respected ABBA Omnibus fan site. But what is more in depth are the various respected biographies of ABBA by Carl Magnus Palm. Palm has written several books about the Pop group and researched meticulously, so much so that he is trusted by the ABBA members and given access to unheard and unreleased studio recordings. His book, 'Bright Lights Dark Shadows' is regarded as the definitive biography of the group. In it, he details the early lives of all four ABBA members, dedicating a chapter to each. There is no mention of Lebensborn with regards to Synni and Alfred's relationship. It only becomes relevant, after Anni-Frid's birth, in the context that Anni-Frid and her family would face the same hostility as those who were actually a part of the Lebensborn program.

There has been an even more in-depth biography written on Anni-Frid herself in recent times. Remko Van Drongelen researched his subject for four years, searching through archives and interviewing or quoting many people who know her. Anni-Frid, herself, helped the author with certain details. His book, 'Frida Beyond ABBA' goes into great detail about how Synni and Alfred Haase met, the pregnancy, Haase's disappearance and the Lyngstad family's search for him. Again, there is no suggestion of any involvement with the Lebensborn organisation, either before or during the pregnancy. My third link is to this biography.

Anni-Frid was born in mid November 1945, six months after Germany had surrendered. Haase. along with many other German military had been evacuated out of Northern Norway in February. Hence, there was no operational Lebensborn program running in Northern Norway anyway during Synni's pregnancy. Both books detail that the Synni and Alfred had a genuine love affair that lasted approximately a year and resulted in the pregnancy. When Haase was discovered to be still alive, many years later, he denied any knowledge of Lebensborn. Speaking of Synni, Haase stated 'I think she regarded our relationship much as I did. The world was in flames. It was a matter of living for today. Tomorrow we may be dead'.

Apart from these links, there are many others as well as the aforementioned biographies that are more trustworthy than the Guardian article that simply copied a quite shabby TV programme that used Anni-Frid's name to create more interest. Even then, although she had a German soldier father, that programme did not state that she or her parents were a part of Lebensborn. Unfortunately, in a world of media sensationalism, this gets misconstrued and misinformation gets spread about.

The entry claiming Anni-Frid Lyngstad was a Lebensborn child is simply incorrect and references an incorrect article, which in turn misreported the contents of a TV programme. It needs to be removed as it simply perpetuating a falsehood. Anni-Frid Lyngstad is mentioned under Wikipedia's page on 'War Children' which is the rightful subject to link her with. That's certainly a lengthy explanation. I copied it to the talk page for Lebensborn [1]. I found there a previous rationale for removing it, posted almost two years ago by you, which you removed ? today for some reason (I restored it). I ask two things of your editing going forward:

You marked almost all of your edits as "minor". Wikipedia has its own house definition of what is considered a minor edit. You can read about it at Help:Minor.
As above, please add an edit summary with each edit to explain what you are doing. See (Help:Edit summary). A summary with each edit is standard recommended practice for all editors. It helps avoid misunderstandings, and makes community editing go smoother without side streams spent sorting things out.
