January 2024[edit]

Stop icon

Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war; read about how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. MrOllie I urged you not to treat this as a video game but you refused. I have not taken to exposing an editor irl in at least a decade. But there are at least a dozen editors who regretted their abuse of me and mine from 05-14. HIGHINBC was the first. If User:Squeakbox is still around (Good man) he can prepare you for what happens next. If you have nothing to hide irl then cool. And for the avoidance of doubt nothing will be illegal about my actions. But yeah, your anonymity is over Sir. Have a blessed day ChewieTomato (talk) 21:19, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Dear Mr Jolly- are you okay? Is everyone okay at home? I hope so in both instances. NOW, I ask you to read the link, don't just let your personal animus get in the way. The link says he was hired to write the first draft, right. Now does that mean he did? He got no credit. How do you know he wrote the first draft? I understand that subtlety is hard. But I have reason to believe he did not. But I am not using my opinions here. I am following the article Mr. Jolly. It says he was hired to write the draft. So I made that meaningful but subtle adjustment. There is no edit war. If you look this change has never been made before. So remember, Wikipedia is not a video game and we have rules ChewieTomato (talk) 03:32, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:JoshMeisterZero per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/JoshMeisterZero. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Spicy (talk) 20:25, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
