Undressed[edit]

Hi. I have removed the link you added to the Undressed article because it seems questionable at best. We typically do not link to sites where shows can be "watched for free" because Wikipedia is an encyclopedia first and foremost. If people want to know where they can watch something, that's what Google is for. Further, I looked at the site and I don't see anything that clears the copyright for the show for free viewing nor do I see anything stating that the site is official in nature. In short, we cannot link to sites with questionable clearances on copyrighted material. Please see WP:ELNO regarding what can be included in the external link section. If you think this site is free and clear, I suggest you get community input about including the link at either the article talk page or at Wikipedia:ELN as two editors have already questioned its inclusion which indicates a problem. Thanks. Pinkadelica 19:47, 23 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, two people have raised concerns about the link. It really doesn't matter how long the link was included before someone caught it. Since you are the person who wants to include the link, it is incumbent upon you to address to community about adding it - not me. However, since it seems you have some sort of personal interest in this link (as evidenced by your answer), I will take it to the appropriate notice board. I trust you will uphold community consensus if it does not turn out in your favor and not edit war this link back in as you have chose to do, correct? Pinkadelica 01:36, 26 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I'm clearly not the only person who believed the link should be removed as another editor, User:Abu-Dun removed the link. You reverted their removal. Further, the link has not been included in the article for the last four years - it was removed by me over two years ago when I stumbled upon the article during a clean up spree. The link was not added back until May 2012 by you. That means the link did not go "undisturbed" for four years - you have been pushing it into the article at various times. Because it is not a high traffic article, it went unnoticed. Unnoticed does not equal allowed. Lastly, WP:BURDEN applies in this case - you want the link included, you should justify why it should be because other editors are questioning its inclusion. Oh, and I started a discussion here just for transparency's sake.
