Hello, Kuckuckz, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent contributions, such as your edit to the page Cardano (cryptocurrency platform), seem to be advertising or for promotional purposes. This is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.

You have shown interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Due to past disruption in this topic area, the community has enacted a more stringent set of rules. Any administrator may impose sanctions - such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks - on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

Violation of crypto 1RR on Cardano (cryptocurrency platform)[edit]

You have performed substantially the same reversion twice in under 24 hours (in fact, in under 4 hours) on Cardano (cryptocurrency platform): [1][2]. I strongly urge you to self-revert your second reversion, as otherwise you risk sanctions for edit-warring under WP:GS/Crypto - David Gerard (talk) 12:35, 27 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@David Gerard:Hello David Gerard, thank you for your patience: This article is very complex because Cardano is a 'cryptocurrency platform' and therefore a whole ecosystem. Since i am investing much time the last days you can see substantial improvements! If you let me keep working on it we can reach a state of clear arrangements and order. I want the article to be graspable for the layman: i want to help to make it readable for the ordinary person. Sadly the state from three days ago was horrible, but its already much better. Please keep calm and let me do some further work - i will let the current state now rest for some time just in case that somebody thinks the work i did was overdone. Were you paid to edit this article or any other article? Do you have any material holdings of the Cardano cryptocurrency? Do you have any other significant involvement with this blockchain platform? As a reminder, I now have grounds to restrict or temporarily remove your editing privileges for edit warring. MER-C 17:54, 27 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I have not been paid to edit a article. I do not have any material holdings of the Cardano cryptocurrency. I do not have any other significant involvement with this blockchain platform. Nevertheless i have a Cardano-address that can function to identify myself but could also function to receive funds, but i never asked for, and never received Cardano cryptocurrency till now. Hello @MER-C: may i kindly ask you for a third opinion before further escalating: My work got deleted multiple times at article: Cardano_(cryptocurrency_platform) - I already explained there in the talk page [1] that i want to continue to write on this article and also asked on the talk-page of the user GSS [2] to undo the last deletion. - I will wait several hours now, but in the meantime: What's your take on this? Thank you. Kuckuckz (talk) 22:39, 27 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You are edit warring. You're meant to discuss and NOT reinsert the content. We require all cryptocurrency related content to be backed by independent, reliable sources. Cryptocurrency related sites and self-published content are not acceptable sources. You need to show coverage in mainstream financial publications. Adding claims sourced to the project's own page or other writings by the project is promotional and disallowed. MER-C 19:06, 28 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you, i see - I apologize and i realized some of my faults now.Kuckuckz (talk) 19:16, 28 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

October 2020[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. GSS💬 13:34, 27 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
