The link was to www.venetianmasksshop/history.htm which does not contain any commercial product and not to the homepage. The page has been included in a publication and as it is informative, I do wonder why you consider it spam. I am sorry if this is not the correct place to comment on this issue but I am not an experienced editor. I have made one page regarding the Cavalchina grand ball in Venice and that too is marked for deletion. I never added any links to that page of any sought. I would never add a link that was not related to the subject or that included commercial product. Please remove all entries that I have made to wikipedia. I do find this whole thing oppressive and I do not wish to be part of something that makes summary deletions without explanation. Please look at http://www.venetianmasksshop.com/history.htm and tell me what is wrong.

Proposed deletion of Gran Ballo della Cavalchina[edit]

The article Gran Ballo della Cavalchina has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NEVENT with no sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
