These two users are using the same IP, and they are also doing the same edits- uploading large numbers of images that don't meet Wikipedia's rules regarding copyright, mostly comic book images. It seems wildly improbable that this is a coincidence, and you just happened to connect with the ip of a complete stranger making the exact edits you wanted to make. The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline requirement nor the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) supplementary essay. WP:BEFORE did not reveal any significant coverage on Gnews, Gbooks or Gscholar.
