Check your work before you save, using Preview

When you edit a page, you can use the Preview button (located right next to the Save page button) to see in advance what your edits will look like. This lets you check your work periodically without filling up the page history by making lots of smaller edits. The preview function can also help you avoid mistakes, such as when using an unfamiliar type of wiki markup. The preview will appear together with the edit box you have been working in (either above or below it, however you prefer).

An even faster way to preview a page is with the keyboard shortcut ⇧ Shift+alt+P.

Trivia[edit]

Please avoid adding Trivia sections, especially when that trivia is unsourced. See WP:TRIVIA for more information. BOVINEBOY2008 19:10, 18 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Bovineboy2008 - please stop removing the Trivia section. I am a big Elisabeth Shue fan and all information is correct, some are listed on her imdb page, others are from articles I've read on the internet or read in magazines over the years. I'm not a super-user of Wikipedia so not currently up on linking such articles, but I wouldn't publish something that wasn't correct.

Please read the article I linked. Stop adding unsourced trivia. All information must be sourced from articles, please add a link to the article for them. Also, these should be incorporated into her "Career" Section. Trivia sections are not allowed. BOVINEBOY2008 19:49, 19 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I will add the Trivia information to her Career section when I get a chance - which is what you could have done in the first instance instead of deleting. Also not everything on Wikipedia is sourced.
