Information icon Hello, I'm CodeTalker. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Iroquoian languages, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. CodeTalker (talk) 00:41, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, thanks for fixing the citation for your change to the Iroquoian languages article! Your new version is much better. The reference you added is what we call a "bare URL" -- you can read about them here: WP:Bare URLs. Although a bare URL is acceptable as a reference, you may also want to read about the {{Cite web}} template, which can be used to make a better citation, which contains more information such as the website name, the page title, etc. and is less prone to link rot. Thanks again, and happy editing! CodeTalker (talk) 02:30, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
