All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of 5 Section Taijiquan (五段太極拳). Greetings. The thing is, I don't myself really know if the article is a keeper or not, which is why I haven't speedy deleted but rather have turned it over to AfD while declining to give an opinion myself. I've heard of Masich and have even seen Liang before myself, so I know it is probably a real thing, but I don't think my experience is enough. What would settle keeping it for me, once and for all, would be a link or reference to a secondary source article. I know Liang Shouyu has had articles on him in Smalheiser's T'ai Chi Magazine, has there been any on 5 section Taijiquan? Any newspaper articles? That would help a lot.
The COI issue is only a suspicion, the issue of would someone who wasn't teaching the routine know enough about it to write an article without secondary sources?
The Chinese charatcers in the article title are easy to fix with a redirect.
I hope this helps. There is no animosity in this, I know you are new here, too. If it's a keeper we want it to be secure. If it isn't we can add the info to Liang's or Masich's articles. Regards, --Bradeos Graphon (talk) 14:19, 18 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
