I'm not exactly sure what you were going for, but such content would be better included as a sentence or two within the article on Daylight saving time or Time zone. Good job keeping up

I see you've spent some time adding rationale templates to your images. Cool. There's one you might not have been notified about yet: Image:10-WMP.jpg .
