I've listed this article for peer review because although I have expanded it from just a list, I feel it needs a fresh set of eyes poring over it. Specifically, I'd like the article to be checked for neutrality and grammar, and whether it is heading in the right direction for good article status.

Y Links have all been double checked for relevance and important dates fully linked
Y Footnotes moved to immediately after punctuation marks
Y Left article for two weeks and then copyedited
Y Looked at National symbols of Belarus - that article has fewer citations and is shorter overall
Y Going to nominate for Good Article status
