The 2024 Alabama Crimson Tide football team (variously "Alabama", "Bama", or "The Tide") will represent the University of Alabama during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The season will mark the Crimson Tide's 130th overall season, and 91st as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The Crimson Tide will play their home games at Bryant–Denny Stadium located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. It will be the first year under new coach Kalen DeBoer.

Nick Saban, who had coached the team since 2007 winning six National Championships, retired in the offseason.

Forty Alabama players elected to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal during or after the 2023 season. Over the off-season, Alabama added nine players from the transfer portal. According to 247 Sports, Alabama had the No. 4 ranked transfer class in the country.[20]

The Crimson Tide are scheduled to hold 15 spring practices on March 8-17, 2024 with the Alabama football spring game, "A-Day" to take place in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, on April 13, 2024 with the Crimson team beating the White team 34–28.[84]

Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer entered his first year as the Crimson Tide's head coach for the 2024 season. During his previous seventeen years with Alabama, Saban led the Crimson Tide to an overall record of 201 wins and 29 losses (.874) and the 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2017 and 2020 national championships.[86]
