- Teams remaining in contention to host the match as champions are Anderlecht, Club Brugge and Union SG.
- Teams remaining in contention to take part as cup winners are finalists Antwerp and Union SG.
- Should Union SG win both the title and the cup, they will host the match and play losing cup finalists Antwerp.
