Abbas Ali Khani (Persian: عباسعلي خاني, also Romanized as ʿAbbās ʿAlī Khānī) is a village in , Kakan Rural District of the Central District of Boyer-Ahmad County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran.[3]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 423 in 88 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 362 people in 97 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 321 people in 98 households.[2]
