Kulseh-ye Sofla (Persian: كولسه سفلي), also Romanized as Kūlseh-ye Soflá; also known as Kūlseh-ye Pā'īn,[3] is a village in Bask-e Kuleseh Rural District of Rabat District, Sardasht County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 730 in 123 households, when it was in the Central District.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 754 people in 157 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 714 people in 153 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]

In 2022, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Rabat District, which was divided into two rural districts and the cities of Rabat and Nalas.[6]
