please reconcile[edit]

OK, we have the ending of this game prompting rule changes, but in the Wikipedia article "Penalty (gridiron football)", in the section regarding 10-second runoff, I see this:

"Ironically, the new rule would not have saved Tennessee, because the Tar Heels' penalty came after the snap, which would not have triggered the runoff."
