Date format[edit]

I'm wondering why this article uses the mdy date format, whereas the accepted convention is to use dmy dates for New Zealand articles. I had to go back to the 2007 event before I came across dmy. Any issues with changing this, or is this for some reason deliberate? Schwede 66 19:02, 13 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
