Title[edit]

The term "constitutional referendum" doesn't necessarily mean the referendum is about a new constitution altogether, and has been very often used on wiki for constitutional reform proposition such as what we have here. I think the name change isn't necessary. --Aréat (talk) 17:53, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
