Reception section[edit]

Recently there have been numerous edits to the reception section and I am concerned with attempts to create undue weight, seemingly mostly negative. I currently feel the section is balanced, with an equal spread of negative and positive points to reflect the 6-7/10 mixed response. To reopen this topic, to avoid a back and forth again, I would like to open a civil discussion to reach a conclusion. Essentially at the moment, as stated before, the reception section cover most major points of praise and criticism. At the moment however, it at least appears that there is an effort to add as much criticism, regardless of weight and thus would like to ask why this is? By the same metric, we could add every single point of praise across every published online, but I would not encourage that either for the same reasons. Dispute about the game's director[edit]

The page lists Hideyuki Iwashita as the game's director, but he is not listed as such in the video game's credits. I believe this was based off of articles from 2021 stating or speculating that he would be in charge of the direction of the game, and maybe they used different language in the credits of the game for some reason, but both the game itself and MobyGames does not recognise him as the director. An official press release from AEW themselves also does not mention that he is the director. Douggiejones (talk) 16:41, 9 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
